In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these terms will help you navigate your rights and obligations as an x786 user.

• "x786" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to x786 and its associated services, website, mobile interface, and all products available at x786.bet.
• "User" / "you" / "Player" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the x786 platform in any capacity.

• "Crypto" / "Cryptocurrency" — digital assets including but not limited to Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT TRC-20) used for deposits and withdrawals on x 786.
• "Fiat Currency" — government-issued currency including Pakistani Rupee (PKR) transacted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other supported local payment methods.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory where accessing or using the x786 platform is restricted or prohibited by local law.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — features available within the x786 account panel including deposit limits, loss caps, session timers, and self-exclusion options.

By accessing the x786 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with x786's Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

These terms apply to all users of x786 regardless of their location, device, or method of access. Acceptance is effective immediately upon first use of the platform. If you access the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

Use of the x786 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an x786 employee or business partner in a capacity that creates a conflict of interest.

x786 enforces age verification at the account level. Users may be required to submit government-issued identification documents to confirm their age and identity before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased. Users who provide false information regarding their age or identity will have their accounts suspended immediately and any funds held may be forfeited pending investigation.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the x786 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an account on x786, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and any additional verification information x786 may request in accordance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x786 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. x786 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify x786 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. x786 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not access your x786 account on public or shared devices without logging out fully after each session.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.
• Enable 2FA via your account security settings panel for additional protection.

x786 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC-20), HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. All payment methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed within the x786 cashier section at the time of transaction.

• Minimum deposit via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is Rs 500. Crypto minimum deposits are displayed in the cashier at current network rates.
• Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmed receipt. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant. Bitcoin confirmations may take up to 30 minutes depending on network congestion. USDT TRC-20 deposits typically confirm within 5 minutes.
• x786 does not charge platform-side deposit fees. Network fees for crypto transactions are borne by the user.
• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed same-day for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Bitcoin and USDT withdrawals are dispatched on-chain directly to your personal wallet address. x786 does not hold crypto in custody beyond the transaction processing period.
• x786 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for accounts that have not previously completed identity verification.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to review in cases where unusual activity patterns are detected. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the user.

x786 may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, reload promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Standard wagering requirements for deposit bonuses are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Users should review promotion-specific terms carefully before opting in.
• Bonuses can only be used on games and markets specified in the individual promotion terms. Some game categories may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements — for example, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• x786 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Users who have already opted into a promotion and begun meeting wagering requirements will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using strategies designed to exploit bonus structures with minimal risk — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

All bets and wagers placed on the x786 platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific game rules for casino titles, poker, and sports betting markets are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed. x786 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrable technical error on the platform's part.
• x786 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a manifest error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the user's account balance.
• For cricket and PSL betting specifically: if a match is abandoned, suspended, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the market rules, standard cricket betting void rules apply as stated in the individual market terms.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event are set by x786 and displayed within the cashier and betting interface. Winnings that exceed stated maximum payout limits will be paid out at the stated maximum.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the x786 platform and the official result declared by the relevant governing body, the official result shall prevail.
• x786 operates its casino games using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino results are determined in real time by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels) operated by licensed studio dealers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x786 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on x786.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker or any other multi-player game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other form of financial crime. x786 has Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the outcomes of any game or sporting event through any means.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards x786 staff or other users.

x786 supports Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC-20) as primary payment methods. The following terms apply specifically to all cryptocurrency transactions on the platform:

• All crypto deposits are converted to account balance at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain. x786 uses market-rate conversion with a transparent spread displayed in the cashier.
• Crypto withdrawal amounts are calculated at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the withdrawal request is approved. Market volatility between request and dispatch is not compensated.
• Users are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses for crypto withdrawals. x786 cannot reverse or recover funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses. Please double-check all wallet addresses before confirming withdrawals.
• x786 does not accept crypto deposits from wallets flagged by blockchain analytics tools as associated with illicit activity. Such deposits may be held pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities.
• USDT deposits and withdrawals are processed on the TRC-20 (Tron) network only. Do not send USDT via ERC-20 or any other network — such transactions cannot be credited and may be permanently lost.
• x786 is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion or third-party wallet processing times.

x786 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by x786's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and forms part of the binding agreement between you and x786.

In summary, x786 collects personal data necessary to operate your account, process payments, conduct KYC verification, and fulfil its regulatory obligations. x786 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the period required by applicable law and deleted securely thereafter. Full details of your data rights — including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data — are set out in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x786 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a user as a direct or indirect result of using the x786 platform, including betting losses, withdrawal delays attributable to third-party payment providers, or losses arising from account suspension for breach of these terms.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, regulatory actions, or circumstances beyond x786's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to a user's account where the user has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
• Any losses arising from a user's reliance on information, tips, predictions, or statistics displayed on or linked from the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, x786's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other form of financial crime.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request by the user themselves, including voluntary self-exclusion.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not withdrawable upon account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

x786 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available at x786.bet/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever changes are made.

For material changes — those that significantly affect user rights or obligations — x786 will provide notice via on-platform notification or registered email address at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where operationally possible. Your continued use of the x786 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
